Job description
Role & responsibilities
• Performing the Trend Analysis or Market Research on the latest designs, industry trends, buying patterns and forecast to develop product line
• Conduct presentation on new trends
• Sourcing, Selecting and developing the accessories, trims & fabrics
• Planning the range, range development & range presentations
• Decide on a theme for a collection
• Selection of fabric for development of samples
• Coordinating with vendors, sourcing team and merchandiser team in order to receive necessary developments in time
• Escalating the quality related issue if any to the vendor and ensuring it is getting resolved
• Obtaining the various approval from the concern authorities fit and production sample approval, fabric & trim's approval
• Development of a tech-pack and pre-production samples
• Reviewing final photo-shoot sample and coordinating with studio team to give complete look for the shoot.
